The Handbook on Curriculum Assessment is primarily
aimed at departments, faculties and programme committees at the University
of Guelph that need qualitative and quantitative data to answer the question "How is our curriculum doing?" It
lays out the process used by the Department of Food Sciences in their
curriculum assessment and
provides outlines of other assessments as well as some theoretical frameworks
for assessment of curriculum.
